Refund Policy

At OribaHub Virtual Assistance, client satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver professional, high-quality support through flexible and transparent service terms. This refund policy outlines eligibility and timelines for different plans.

1. Monthly Plans

If you’re not satisfied with your service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of starting your monthly plan.
After 7 days, refunds are not applicable as dedicated resources and time are already allocated to your project.

2. Weekly Plans

For weekly plans, you may request a refund within 2 days of starting your service.
After this period, refunds will not be issued, as most work is completed within the first few days.

3. Hourly Plans

Hourly plans are generally non-refundable, as they are billed for immediate work.
However, if you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we may offer compensation in the form of additional working hours — depending on the situation and mutual discussion.

4. Custom Plans

Refunds for custom or specialized projects will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the agreed terms at the time of engagement.

5. Refund Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, we process it within 1–2 days from our side, but maximum it may take upto 3–5 days in case of non working days or holidays in India.

6. Payment Partners

We process payments securely through PayPal and Razorpay.
Please note: any transaction or processing fees charged by these platforms are non-refundable.
